Redridge Mountains
Like Westfall and Duskwood, Redridge Mountain is also under the theoratical protection of the Stormwind army and, like them, has been left mostly to their own devices. However, there is a small guard platoon situated there and the area is still relatively quiet.
Places of interest:
A serene and quiet place, even with the occasional incursions by the orcs it is a prime example of how peaceful this area was before the coming of the Horde and the Great Wars. Sitting on the banks of the majestic and large Lake Everstill (that gave the town its name), Lakeshire is an ancient Human town. 1,500 citizens reside there, under the watchful (and often worried) eye of elected magistrate Solomon. Lakeshire citizens are mostly farmers, poachers and travellers. The nearby Stonewatch keep has been overun by orcs, that sometimes stage small raids into the city.
The Tower of Ilgalar is controlled by Morganth, a powerful sorcerer that controls the Shadowhide Gnolls. After being exiled from The Mage Quarter of Stormwind, he took up residence here where he continues his study of the dark arts.
